my uninformed, but intuitive, guess is that prior to his being let go, Taylor with staff, several weeks ago had completed/put together their 15 practice day plan into a fairly detailed day-by-day breakdown. Basically a plan of what they were intending/hoped-for outcome of day-by-day installs and progressions. A practice plan for each position group and for the team as a whole for each of the 15 days.

So my guess Reich has by now been briefed on that and will likely tweak it a bit as he goes along, while installing some of his own thinking/goals.

When you (Ben) get a chance during your after-practice interviews starting next week, would be interesting to get into that if you can. Has he scrapped that initial plan of a week or two ago and had time to install a new one?... modified it as the practices have evolved?...., or pretty much adopted it without changing much, if anything, with what the staff and Taylor had put together? And if tweaked or transitioned into a new one with his stamp on it as the time went on, what kind of deletes, new adds/changes made?
