The men finished 2nd at the Western Intercollegiate at Pasatiempo led by Nathan Wang who T5th and
Ratchanon Chantananuwat who finished 8th.
The men beat a ton of teams ranked higher, but there were no elite teams in the field. For the NCAAs next month, Stanford won’t have a problem getting an invite to one of the regionals, but only the top 30 move into the finals at Carlsbad. Stanford is currently ranked 42nd and should move up quite a bit.
The women have led at the ACC championships thru the first two rounds and hold a 3 stroke lead going into the final day of strike play before entering into match play. The team is being led by Andrea Revuelta and is atop of the individual leaderboard. She continues her strong play from the Augusta National Women’s Amateur.
Mejia, Megha and Kelly are at +4 so they will have to up their games before match play. Paula is T4th and has been the most consistent performer this year.
