It seems that every day I see a report of Jerod Haase' staff reaching out to potential transfers. Myles Johnson of Rutgers seems like the best chance of any of the guys I've seen reported. He graduated with honors from Rutgers in electrical engineering. He played in 90 games for the Scarlet Knights and started 47. He is listed on the Rutgers site as 6-11 and 255 pounds and his averages this season were the best of his career: 8.0 ppg, 8.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks.
He is originally from Riverside and wants to go to graduate school in California. He has identified Stanford, UCLA and USC as his top targets. My bet is that he ends up at USC but the Cardinal are in the hunt.
