2017 offensive lineman just tweeted that Stanford has offered.
The prior reports of 2017 offers being extended were all inaccurate - and Stanford is pretty cautious about extending OL offers - so I will double check on this. But at least on the surface, this shows a few signs of being legitimate. (This is around the time last year when Stanford extended its first 2016 offer, a few coaches follow him on twitter, etc..)
