Stanford 2017 forward Kezie Okpala broke the Oglethorpe Tournament of Champions scoring record with 133 points in four games. Okpala's Anaheim Esperanza Aztecs played against teams from Illinois, South Carolina and Tennessee in the Washington Invitational bracket of the tournament.
Okpala and Oscar Da Silva are top-100 forwards who will arrive next season to join Kodye Pugh as an impressive young trio to develop behind what should be a veteran group. But Stanford may be in "My kingdom for a guard" mode from here on out. What I know about the early recruiting board for 2018 and 2019 is very guard heavy.
