With all the hype out there about Washington especially, I thought an interesting question (given the doldrums we are in) would be to ask what team, other than Stanford, everyone thinks has the best chance of being consistently a contender to win the conference over the next three years. I didn't include Colorado or OSU; if you feel differently please post your reasoning and we can all enjoy a titter.
