But planted axiom of that thinking is that we have to spend the money, and be able to find, and hire the next Turley and Anderson.
They are out there, we need to find them, pay them, and around the circle we go.
In the short run, we have an issue, but in the long run, what is says about whom we have working with us is more important.
Certainly better that they want out guys, than they dont. We just need competency and resources to re fill.
