That's an offer he's wanted for a while. Stanford's WR depth chart is more favorable, and it's hard to top Stanford's academic reputation/offerings, but USC is obviously very compelling. (Florida and Ohio State are also frequently discussed as contenders for Josh. Probably throw UGA in there as well now that they've offered.)
