Tiger has surgery for ruptured Achilles tendon
Tiger Woods, who hasn't competed in a PGA Tour event this season, said he had surgery to repair a ruptured left Achilles tendon and expects to make a full recovery.
Too many years of less than careful care of his body. The idea that he is going to compete at a high level again is mistaken. He apparently has not accepted it yet.
Time for him to come back to Stanford to get his degree and help fund the athletic department!
