I just interviewed Jahmar Brown and he is considering Stanford, Miami and South Carolina for his commitment Thursday. I think a lot of people will predict the St. Thomas Aquinas linebacker will commit to Miami, but after my conversation with Brown I think Stanford is a serious contender. He felt that the Stanford visit showed him everything he needed to feel comfortable with picking Stanford, if that's what he decides. Jahmar told me he didn't feel the need to delay committing to a school and if need be he can always take a couple officials in the fall to make sure of his choice.
Brown has reported that he has a 3.5 GPA and he took the SAT in March. I'm not ready to make a prediction here, but I hope to have a better idea in the next couple days.
