TL/DR: UNC has spent a ton of money with Skadden, Arps to understand options and strategies for protecting and preserving its options under realignment in the face of what was viewed to be a financially untenable conference. Also goes on to say that UNC feels better following the changes to the ESPN agreement recently and is fine to watch FSU and Clemson take the body blows while they watch and learn. No doubt, Bernie is on the case for us....
