Before I dive into WBB media day writing tonight I wanted to post a story on Tuesday's MBB practice. Apparently it was not a great practice after what Jeff Wulbrun described as a very good one on Saturday. A couple days off maybe cooled off the engines too much and the team was reminded that can't happen.
Outside of that the news is generally positive, which has been the theme of the offseason. Michael Humphrey was candid about what has caused him problems in the past and the work to correct those issues.
