Nothing particularly revelatory to CSR denizens, but it lays bare all of the headwinds and unforced errors we have seen. One thing that struck me was the university's prohibition on letting athletes use Stanford trademarks in ads or filming on campus. For the life of me, I can't fathom why this prohibition would exist. Why wouldn't the school want Cam Brink wearing a Stanford uniform in a New Balance commercial that runs 100 times a day on ESPN?
