Very happy to see the news that Antonio Pierce is out as the Raiders coach. It couldn't have happened to a bigger a****le! He almost single-handedly ruined the ASU football program by deliberately and callously engaging in recruiting violations, especially during COVID. Yes, Edwards bears a good part of blame. But it was Pierce's arrogance that caused the bulk of the violations. He was fired and showed no remorse, leaving the ASU football program in tatters and on probation. He suffered no penalties whatsoever, monetary or otherwise. Instead he was hired by the Raiders. Poetic justice in a way. But it all finally caught up him today. He's fired! And he left yet another team in shambles. But this time there was no "get out of jail free card". Maybe the Raiders will find their own Dillingham like ASU did. I sincerely hope this is the last we hear of Antonio Pierce and football. He doesn't deserve a third chance to ruin a team or a program, or a franchise.
