The Hawaii kicker does have an offer and by all accounts it appears he'll end up at Stanford. Would imagine everything will he officially firmed up with the Cardinal (and you might see a commitment tweet of sorts from the Stanford football official account). I'll try to get in touch with Jet soon for more reaction, but it's a legit offer and he appears to want to be a Cardinal, so that should be that.
