Here's the latest with Alabama fullback Bailey McElwain, who should receive an admissions decision in the not too distant future.

Lance Taylor will swing by McElwain's school on Friday. Wouldn't be shocked if Taylor also visits Jake Bentley when he's down in Alabama, though that is a bit of a drive. Also, it's probably a safe bet that at least one Stanford coach - possibly multiple - will swing by Thomas Schaffer's game on Friday. (Lake Forest is playing in Skoakie, which is a very short drive from Evanston.) Will poke around to see if Stanford intends to visit any other targets before the Northwestern game.
