Just as a quick heads up, Rivals is releasing an update that will make e-mail notifications regarding replies to forum threads flow more consistently. If you start getting more notifications all of a sudden, that will be why.
If you don’t want these e-mail notifications, they can be configured/disabled in your forum preferences, by clicking on your name in the top, right hand corner of the forum and going to the "Preferences" section. That’s the best way to address this and the method I was advised to pass on.
You could also try flagging any unwanted e-mails and moving them to junk. Odds are good if you get flooded with a bunch of these e-mails, your e-mail will move them to junk, so maybe you won’t see as much of them as a result of them getting moved to junk anyways.
