Curse of the Premium Seat Pricing

Just like our basketball team that went from perennial champ contender to pretender after instituting. premium seat pricing, it appears that the football team may go the same direction. As posted last week, I think it will be a struggleehard for Stanford to win 6 games and get to a bowl game.

Perhaps the premie pricing represents an overall arrogance and smugness that has pervaded the program - a loss of hunger and fire in the belly displaced by a sense of entitlement - meanwhile diehard fans are chased away and don't feel a connection with the team.

Gonna be a long and frustrating season and it won't be long until people start the "wait until next year refrain" . For those who thought that the team was ready and the home schedule favorable, you will be very disappointed. How long before the crowds get sparse?

Love and Phillips are studs, but Shaw and his coaches have made a mess everywhere else.
