I am now officially a Stanford baseball fan. Great game today, come from behind after a lazy start to beat Gonzaga - they got it done when they had to. Football team, take notice.
But yesterday, Brandon Wulff, a large animal who was compared in the series to Toby Gerhardt, crushed a home run that left the Duck commentators agog. They talked about it the rest of the game - could not get over it. I know it was mentioned yesterday, but it deserves its own thread. Here is the event, and Wulff's Pac-12 player of the week honors:

BTW, his slugging percentage is .667. Babe Ruth's (still the all-time leader) slugging percentage was .6897. The Ruth MLB percentage boggles.
