Recently caught up with four-star OLB Justin Foster to talk Stanford. Sounds like this is still in the relatively preliminary stages - Foster could not remember the name of his Cardinal recruiter (I asked if it was Lance Taylor, who recruits North Carolina, and Foster said yes) and as noted in the article said he said he only talks to Stanford "every once in a while." But if the academic component is there he certainly appears interested, and it will be interesting to see how things shake out with LB recruiting moving forward with Jaelan Phillips opting for UCLA a few weeks ago.
