Again, remember that there is no limit to the number of Analysts, but a team can only have 4 GAs. The last ST GA, Matt Moran, recently left to start his own ST consultancy. Also, I didn't know this until now, but you can only be a GA for up to 3 years since you're, you know, a grad student. There will thus always be turnover at those spots. Finally, AFAIK, all the GAs do that part-time Master of Liberal Arts program I keep crowing about taking advantage of.
