Just had a very lengthy conversation with Trent Irwin's father. A few notes to pass along:
-Trent has submitted his Stanford application. They're currently awaiting an admissions decision.
-Trent got his SAT score back from the early-December retake. His father didn't go into specifics, but said that the score was slightly improved. Trent also finished the fall semester with a 4.4 GPA. (He took two AP classes.) His cumulative GPA is now a 4.3.
-The plan is that Trent will make his decision after receiving an admissions decision. If he gets denied, obviously, it's ASU. If he's admitted, the family will sit down and have a final conversation and make a decision.
