I don’t know about y’all, but I’m excited for some Stanford Football tomorrow! Colgate is an overmatched opponent, but a glance at their roster shows that their listed sizes (at least) are somewhat competitive. I thought they might have a bunch of 250 lb DL and 270 lb OL…
I’m looking for a number a big offensive plays. I want to see 200+ rushing yards, and evidence that our passing game won’t look foolish in eight days. Defensively, I want a damn near shoutout…anything else is a bad omen. It would be awesome of some of the defensive newcomers and younger players (Fields, Bailey, Wyrick, the whole DL) flashed something.
And no special teams miscues. No delay of game penalties, and a relatively penalty-free game overall.
Not a prediction, but what I want is a game like the Cornell game sone old school fans remember. 56-6. Fear the m’f’n Tree!!
