I think the NCAA sure review and evaluate the performance of the umps in the NCAAs and these guys in ours certainly need to be corrected. The balk call on Beck was absolutely ridiculous. That ump shouldn't work again. It's easy to blow a balls-strike count or bang-bang play at the bases and some other tough calls. But you don't miss a balk call, especially one like that.
