saw recruit Zaire Williams who was here on his official visit at end of the game while leaving our seats to exit. He and his mom had big smiles on their faces coming out of the VIP Loge seating section where AD Muir, Arrillga and and other noteworthies including coaches family have their seats... both seemed really happy and pleased.
The crowd at game was 'mezza-mezza'... decent, not a total embarrassment, but far from packed... at least they were noisy, animated and invested in the game. Happily Maples showed no evidence of the tomb-like setting.

And to think, this was the same ASU team that beat Kansas... so just maybe....

ASU drops to 11-5, 3-1 conference, we climb up to 8-8, back to even on the season and 1-3 in conference. Oscar, KZ and Daejon ALL playing well makes a HUGE difference. And principal supporting cast of Sharma, Brice, White, Delaire and Lukas rin the rotation all contributed nicely. Only downer was Cormac once again having to be carried off with an apparent ankle. Positive > 1 assist to turnover ratio while ASU's was < 1. We just outplayed, out hustled and out talented them. So it's there, just have to get consistent.

Hoping Cormac's ankle gets to be ok... an issue of serious concern all year.
