It turns out that the female students were threatened by the administration that their parents would hear about their drinking and drug use if they reported rapes. The university was using the "honor code" as the threat, that does not, BTW, condone dancing, presumably as it is provocative. Wow, what a disgusting bunch. I am amazed that any parent would want their kid to go there, on a football scholarship or completely unrelated.
