Hunter Rayburn told me several weeks before he got a Stanford offer that if he got one it would be tough to turn down. Rayburn isn't rated by Rivals and is a three star on 247, but his offer list is at an All-American level. The Miami Rivals site had a quote from Rayburn that suggested coaches are telling him he's much improved this spring from his junior season. His work this spring is driving a lot of the college interest. This is the type of offensive line offer that I think in the past Stanford has been reluctant to make without asking a recruit to camp. I believe the decision to offer was almost entirely based on Carberry evaluating Rayburn at a practice.

Also, there is no relation between me and Hunter and I never thought I'd type my last name so much in a post or an article.
