Jacoby Stevens (TN) is ranked in top 100 by Rivals, 247 and ESPN (#180 by Scout). His previous announced top 5 was LSU, Stanford, Alabama, Florida and Texas A&M, so this is really headed in the right direction with the addition of Vanderbilt and dropping of Alabama and Texas A&M.
He's being recruited as WR or S. I hope we like him as a WR given our only other WR offer is to someone with little interest in Stanford.
Update: Apparently Jacoby has a much broader list of top schools, but this doesn't mean he didn't tell the reporter a top 3.
