Have heard three tepidly sourced suggestions that Jason Garrett is in the lead. The three sources don't know each other so unlikely to be an echo chamber effect.
Somewhere in some stats class, I recall the teacher or prof saying informally that three disparate confirming data points are pretty good validation. That rule of three has served me pretty well professionally so I'm going with it and making the call for Jason Garrett.
If I'm wrong, I can't possibly look as foolish at @rawbbbbbb with his Troy Taylor within 48 hrs call mid last week. lol.

[EDIT: hearing Garrett is on campus already... I assume hammering out the deal or signing the contract??]
