OT: Chris Owusu waived and assigned to IR

Didn't know if you saw this, but Chris had his 2nd concussion of the year. The jets waived him and when he cleared waivers, they assigned him to their IR roster.

I think this makes 5 concussions? I hope he stays healthy and doesn't have any long term effects.
