Per his father's twitter, Stanford has offered 2016 Florida OL Parker Braun.
I actually had an extended conversation with Parker's father (Mike) on Tuesday. They're an academic family (older brother is currently pursuing his MBA at Georgia Tech, both parents played sports at West Point), but distance is a very real consideration. Dad said something to the effect of: "We wouldn't be considering a West Coast school if it wasn't Stanford." But if Parker feels like he's a good fit at Stanford - and the criteria certainly seem to align - the Cardinal could have a chance.
