For figuring out and executing to get Turley, and what appears to be Anderson to stick with us.
I assume Harbs threw more money at them, and the chance to be part of what he is going to build, both very attractive elements to any coach. But somehow, Shaw/Muir/Stanford Admin/Boosters figured out how to present Stanford as an even more attractive option to get them to stay.
Dont know what it took, but whatever it was, they figured it out. Major respect to them.
And BTW, great for Turley and Anderson, I assume they get a raise out of the deal. I have no idea how much they make, but IMO, given their track record and commitment to Stanford, I hope they are at the top of their positions pay relative to the Pac 12, they have earned it.
And then lastly, when coupling these 2 "moves" with the Akina hire, Shaw's last 3 personnel moves have been off the chart winners. So he is on a roll. Good for him, and good for us as fans.
