I urge all of you to write a letter/email to Stanford’s President, Provost and President of the Alumni Association about what a shambles the football program is in and there needs to be change. It’s clearly time and warranted, notwithstanding Shaw’s earlier success. Letters written from this group will undoubtedly be intelligent and persuasive prosecuting the need for change. It can’t hurt. I think the more the powers-that-be hear from alumni, the better.
