- Speaking of TE's, the 3 TE set resulted in another big play yesterday and also a missed opportunity from a Hogan under throw.
- Have you ever seen a team's starting center pulled in short-yardage? Telling.
- Finally, you may have noticed that Reid changed from 22 to 37 after the opening kick. What you didn't notice was that Stanford only had 10 men on the field for their first punt return. Reid was having issues getting the new jersey on and Alomar did not account for it. Combine that with punts into the end zone, KO out of bounds, holding to negate TD for CMac, etc. There was a punt covered inside the 5 and Ukropina did drill a long one but a very, very inconsistent night for teams.
