With all the discussion about whether or not Chryst ( RS Fr.) or Burns (RS Jr.) are ready to play I am incredulous that UCLA and Washington are playing freshmen at QB. I know they both came early in January and had a spring under their belts but Chryst has a whole season and a spring. Now I find out that Rypien, a QB I don't believe we offered, will most likely start for Boise State this week at Virginia. I saw him play last week against Idaho St. And he looked very polished. Stood inn the pocket and really stepped into his throws. Watch for him this week vs VIrginia. So that's 3 QBs we did not offer playing major college ball while we did not sign one this year. I have to believe Stanford could have gotten Rypien or Browning while passing on Rosen. Oh well, I DS we have to trust. Next year will be really interesting Burns leaves.
