This week is the most important game of the season. If they don't come out with their hair on fire then maybe we can all stay home all year and not purchase the crap they sell at the concessions.
When potential AA FB Lou Valli (212 BG yards in '56) went down early in '57 Stanford's primary back became Chuck Shea who led the Coast in rushing and was named All Pacific Coast. I add this because Shea was a completely unknown player. Boy, did he step up. Time for somebody to be the next Shea on the current DL.
