Webb committed to Colorado a few months ago but had a change of heart.
Cal still has some question marks (pretty much everywhere on defense), but Webb is a talented player, and their offense should have firepower again in 2016. Conversely, this is a pretty substantial blow for Colorado, which will now have to rely on the oft-injured Sefo Liufau.
