Andy:
Have you heard anything about possible graduate transfers for men's hoops? I realize that most transfers don't make the cut academically for Stanford, but a couple very good Ivy League players, Shonn Miller (Cornell, 1st team all-Ivy) & Rafael Maia (Brown, HM All-Ivy, led league in rebounding), are looking for a new place to play for their 5th year. Apparently, the Ivies have a bizarre rule where grad students can't play. I've seen Stanford loosely mentioned as having interest. There is an available scholarship -- a frontcourt player would make a lot of sense.
Also just read that Ivan Rabb is likely to commit to Cal. Ugh. Plenty of question marks about Cuonzo Martin's coaching ability based on what I saw this year, but if he can keep the elite Bay Area talent home (which Montgomery couldn't), that's a game changer for Cal.
