Looks like Scout just released a new set of rankings (apologies if folks have already posted on it), and Davis Mills is up to the #1 QB and the #3 recruit overall following The Opening. Wowza.
For a little context, he was the #2 QB/#16 recruit overall on that service's rankings just a few days ago, and was the #11 QB/#101 recruit overall back around Signing Day. I'd say that's a decent spring and summer for the kid.
