Thought this would be an opportune time to gauge the accuracy of Andy's "best guess" recruiting class from awhile back...

So, out of 26 predictions (if we count #23 as a single prediction, our failure to sign a quarterback as a prediction, and Jabiari Tyler as a prediction by omission), Andy nailed 21 of them (81%).
Of the five that didn't pan out, two (Donelly and Saint-Amour) were D linemen, so that hurts. Donelly was an admissions ding. Not clear to me whether Saint-Amour was a ding or never even submitted an app. Then there was Brinson -- who could have guessed that anyone able to get into Stanford would pick *Army* instead? Farrar, admissions ding. And then Jabiari Tyler.
In a separate post on that thread, Andy said his best guess as to where we'd finish in the rankings was 22-25, but it sounds like we're destined to check in at about #18.
All in all, it turned out to be another impressive recruiting year for Mr. Drukarev, and for Stanford football.
