Here are the dual-threat QBs listed as 5-stars under 247 Sports composite rankings. I think these are a greater predictor of success (certainly within college) because of the prevalence of the spread offenses in college...

D.J. Shockley - Georgia - First-Team All-SEC - 7th round - Falcons - NFL back-up for 4.5 years
Cecil Howard - Syracuse - no impact in college (transferred twice, ending up at Northeastern)
