Washington wide receiver Emeka Egbuka is Stanford's first reported 2021 offer. (There may be more calls going out today, or in the coming days, based on decisions made in a recruiting meeting to offer 2021 recruits.) Egbuka is a special talent who already is a priority target of the Huskies and many other schools across the country.
He reports a 4.0 GPA, was first team all-state, and 1,492 yards on 72 receptions. He scored 27 touchdowns.
There was an obvious need to offer Egbuka because even as a sophomore he checks off all the boxes to get one. Stanford needs to get him on campus pronto. Egbuka just attended a junior day at Washington with multiple top 2020 and 2021 targets for the Huskies. He was there with Stanford offerees Geiraan Hatchett and Sav'ell Smalls.
