To conclude the bulk of our 2015 recruiting coverage I put together a list of recruiting class superlatives - i.e. fastest, most likely to play early, biggest hitter, etc...

This is not something intended to be taken too seriously, just a fun activity that could spark some discussion/debate.

There were a few categories I included on last year's list that I didn't include this year (as well as a few new ones this year).

-"Media Favorite" -- Harrison Phillips was the clear winner last year. There were a ton of great interviews/worthy candidates in this year's class (Quenton Meeks, Brian Chaffin, Casey Toohill, etc.. etc...), but no single player that stood out from the pack like Phillips did last year.

-"Most likely to become President of the United States" -- Reilly Gibbons was the choice last year. Kind of a similar situation to the media favorite, where there are several really, really impressive people in this class (as is the case every year, of course), but no single one that pops out from the group as the choice.

-"Best commitment announcement" -- Dalton Schultz's commitment video and Solomon Thomas' tree were pretty memorable from the 2014 class. Most of Stanford's commitment announcements were pretty standard this year. A few press conferences, some on twitter, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

-Most likely to become a first round pick - Stanford's 2014 class included several players with upside at positions that the NFL places a premium on - i.e. left tackle and QB. While this year's class includes a number of solid players, and certainly some that could play in the NFL, I didn't think there was a player/players who really stood out from the pack as the most likely to be a high draft pick.
