Two words: "SENIOR LEADERSHIP" - The 2014 team didnt not have enough VOCAL leaders that garnered respect from the entire team. Even QB1 is not a vocal guy and this makes a difference. Last year's Elders had moments of inspiration from a few like FLACCO etc, but this was too little and too late. This years class should produce a different product. The leadership needs to start this week in Spring Ball, carry through into summer and through the coming Season. I firmly believe the class of 2016 is going to be better in this sense. Look for guys like Martinez, Murphy, Shuler, to rise up and lead this team.. This intangible can make good teams great.. I expect this season to produce a great team that plays to their ability.
