Terrific coincidence in the Final but Coaches Orgeron and Swinney are consummate motivators and loved by their players.. One gets the sense that the players play for them as well as each other. Not a prerequisite to greatness but a definite positive for the programs including RECRUITING. What other coaches in NCAAF engender this sentiment? This appears to be a value at the college level that is of significantly less value in the NFL.

What are the character traits of these coaches that cause them to be viewed in this light?
