There have been rumors--often thinly reported rumors--that Hogan might consider transferring to either Maryland or Michigan. I don't think Michigan makes much sense, since Hogan never played a down or practice snap for Harbaugh, and it's probably just Michigan people making assumptions. MD might make more sense if he wanted to be close to home.
